Donations and Endowment

Donations to further the FOLKS mission of preserving and protecting Lake Keowee are welcome. We are a 501C3 tax exempt organization so your gifts are tax deductible. We can accept gifts of cash, securities, or items that have a ready market for conversion to cash. There may also be items of equipment that can be productively used at the office. Donations can be specified for the current operating budget, the endowment fund, or for special projects that require extra funding. Memorial or tribute gifts to FOLKS may be appropriate for environmentally sensitive donors.

Bequests to FOLKS in your estate plan can be a way to express your appreciation for the joy that Lake Keowee has brought into your life, and insure that everything possible will be done to preserve it for future generations.
