FOLKS Forum at Duke World of Energy

Thursday, October 30, 2014

Light refreshments at 6:00 pm and forum begin at 6:30pm

There will be two subjects at this forum. The first will be an update from SC DNR on the subject of removal of illegally placed buoys. The second will be a presentation by Duke Energy on how the LIP (Low Inflow Protocol) works. Discussion will include drought level triggers, maximum allowable water releases at each drought level, and examples of the communication tools being used.
